How many points does my company have?

Points are earned by participation in the show, 1 point per year. Check your records to confirm, or contact Laura or Allison with questions.

 

Do I have to exhibit every year to use my priority points?

There is no penalty for not exhibiting annually, your point value remains the same.

 

Do I lose any points for not exhibiting in 2012?

Point value is not penalized.

 

How do I calculate my space rate for 2012?

If your company exhibited in 2011 and if you are a member, the rate is $20/sq.ft. and $30/sq.ft. for space taken in excess of your 2011 booth size.

If your company exhibited in 2011 and you are a non-member, the rate is $25/sq.ft. and $35/sq.ft. for space taken in excess of your 2011 booth size.

If your company did not exhibit in 2011 and you are a member, the rate is $30/sq.ft. The non-member rate for companies who did not exhibit in 2011 is and $35/sq.ft.

 

Don’t forget to calculate the inclusive drayage—$3/sq.ft. This is optional for booths that are 150 sq.ft.
